Very happy with the professional and friendly approach of staff. Glenn took time to discuss each option whilst paying attention to my own particular needs. It was also nice being given the opportunity to test recommended mattresses at my leisure.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in shop. . We were then asked what we were looking for. Never at any time did we feel pressured into buying anything. Asked if would like to try out the mattress recommended. Gave us a pillow to help try mattress. Asked if woul like a drink tea or coffee and bottled water for granddaughter.

Courteous and friendly assistant (Glenn) who greeted us within seconds of entering the store was informative and knowledgeable about the products in store. We took the mattress test which gave an accurate recommendation for our needs, and after trying out a couple of mattresses we were able to choose a very comfortable one. Delivery was booked and purchase completed over a nice cup of tea. Would recommend this store to family and friends.
