Both the employees serving us in the Southport store (Glenn + ?) on Friday Afternoon are a credit to your company. Good sales techniques, but also very friendly and non pushy. Clearly take pride in their work.

We were greeted very warmly as soon as we entered the shop. The knowledge of Anne and Glenn was exceptional and they answered all our questions positively. We were encouraged to try lots of products and all the features and benefits were clearly explained. We were given a cup of coffee whilst we tried out a few mattresses. I would recommend anyone to try Dreams in Southport based on this visit.

The staff were all patient with my inclination to change my mind and were more than happy to explain the benefits and options available on all items considered. They went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction gave enough space to allow for private discussion with my husband. 100% excellence from start to finish.

Extremely helpful staff who explained the difference between various items very professionally. She did not push us into making a decision but gave us the right amount of time to feel comfortable.
