Glenn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We were greeted as we walked through the door and offered drinks as we browsed- the ice cold water on a warm day was particularly welcome. When selecting a mattress, we were offered different types of pillows to try which enabled us to choose the most comfortable combination. Glenn was attentive, but also gave us time to try the mattresses at our leisure.

Staff at Dreams Meols Cop branch could not have been more helpful. Information on options available within all price ranges was excellent including research on alternatives on line to ensure we received the combination of products we required. The sleep test option was very helpful in selecting our mattress type, along with the cup of tea provided!

Staff were very friendly, put me on the new sleepmatch machine to make sure I got the right level of support and even made me a drink as it was so warm. Would highly recommend them.
