Sales staff friendly but not following us round the store. Knowledgable helpful. It was a hot day and we were offered a cold drink while ordering. The shop was clean uncluttered and well laid out allowing us to browse the range of products comfortable. We have bought previously from this dreams store and again we were not disappointed.

We were helped by Glenn who was very knowledgeable about the products identified for us. We were offered a drink and tried a variety of mattresses before returning to the first one we tried. He was very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble for either him or the Manager (Lisa, I think). Buying a bed is a big purchase and we were not hurried but given the time and guidance to try the right sort of beds for us within our budget.

We were welcomed from the moment we entered the store. Ann (our helpful assistant) was knowledgeable about the products and adept at finding out our differing needs. When the technology issues occurred, both she and the manager, Laura, did their utmost to ensure alternative measures were taken (in the case of the sleepmatic machine) and did everything in their power to resolve everything swiftly and professionally. As a result, we had a most enjoyable visit, bought a bed and other items and will be returning for more at a later date (probably this year)
