Glenn greeted me immediately and was highly knowledgeable. He and the manager cooperated to get the most appropriate package for me at the best price.

Glenn took time to listen to us and made his recommendations accordingly. he seemed to have extremely good product knowledge. His attitude throughout was helpful and professional. His colleague Andy was very supportive when called upon.

Helpful, knowledgeable, amiable staff. Made to feel very welcome (greeted on entry to the store, offered a cup of tea or coffee, offered a comfortable pillow when trying out a mattress). Did not feel in the least pressurised into making a purchase.

Staff extremely friendly. Ann came over as soon as she saw me looking confused with the choice. She advised using the machine (can’t remember its name) and found what I wanted within my budget. The lady who I believe was the store manager was also very friendly. We all had a good laugh and a chat. It didn’t feel like a sale. The whole thing was very comfortable

Staff very helpful and professional. Advised me that I should look for pocket sprung beds from the choice I had made online if the mattress was to be used on a daily basis. Provided me with a similar type of pillow to what I use at home to get the full experience when trying the mattresses. Also provided me with other possible options that I hadn’t considered before. Also they made me a cuppa which showed me that they were prepared to wait patiently for me to make my decision. Advised me that I should concentrate more on having a suitable mattress rather than worry about what base to get. When I had made my decision they were just as helpful when placing the order. They showed me which dates were available for delivery and explained the procedure before and during the delivery. Very pleasurable experience on the day and glad that you still had the sale on the day after August Bank Holiday so I could avoid the rush over the long weekend. Also received a free mattress protector as part of the deal. Get in!
