Glenn and Laura have a good product knowledge and were helpful and friendly. We were not rushed into buying anything and were looked after while in the store.

When we entered the store we were greeted by the sales agent Laura Cartwright, she was polite and friendly. She asked if we needed assistance. She offered us a drink and we told her what we where looking for. Her knowledge was excellent. She gave us many different options and then we purchased the bed we wanted. We left very happy customers therefore a well deserved highly recommended. Thank you dreams and Laura Cartwright - from the Southport store.

Glenn was very accommodating and greeted us well. We were purchasing a TV bed and he made the experience in store a pleasure. We were offered drinks and shown the beds, mattresses and pillows.

The sales chap Glenn wasn't too pushy but was incredibly helpful and sincere. Nothing was too much trouble
