Dreams - Southport

Staff extremely attentive and helpful; not pushy and gave plenty of time to test and experience different beds. Buying was made very easy.

We were greeted by friendly lady, she made us coffee and Glenn looked after us ...he was helpful and patient

Ann the lady in the Southport store was very helpful and be bought extra pillows we did not know you could get pillows for sleeping on your side. The delivery men were both very nice they put plastic bags over there shoes when they came in to the house.

From the moment we stepped through the door Glenn was amazing with us - helping us every step of the way - from finding which mattress we needed and to the pillows we chose. He listened and didn’t push anything onto us. He knew exactly what he was talking about and his product knowledge was spot on. Thanks to him we left with a new bed frame, mattress, pillows and duvet!

The assistant was highly knowledgeable on all the products he was selling to me, he was full of energy and polite, had a nice personality.

we had just been to Benson's for beds and the sales ppl were on us straight away so we when to dreams Andy the sales man just asked if we need any help we told him we were just looking he said if we need anything just ask. we made are choice and Andy was very helpful :)

Glenn was very helpful and very polite. He made me feel really welcome, the product was a very reasonable price for an excellent quality air mattress. He got it straight away, offered me a drink and made my experience very pleasant

Our sales gentleman Andy was a ‘dream’. He knew all the products inside out and knew what we was looking for and what our needs were. absolutely fantastic customer service skills and the manager who out the sale through she was also extremely helpful and friendly.
