Friendly knowledgable non pushy staff, well laid out store with huge selection

Staff were very helpful and not pushy. Provided a range of options and selection of choices with several beds to try. Questions were answered and nothing was any trouble.

WE HAD INTENDED TO PURCHASE A KING SIZE WITH THE MEANS OF CLEANING UNDERNEATH THE BED WITHOUT MOVING EVERYTHING. THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN POINTING US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WITH A PRODUCT TO DO JUST THIS

The staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and made our choice of finding a bed for our daughter as easy as possible.

As soon as we entered the staff where both helpful and courteous giving us a exceptional amount of information concerning the type of beds we where looking for, no request was too much trouble, even making us a brew while we mulled over our options

Greeted with a friendly manner by Glenn, answered our questions , nothing too much trouble. Glenn provided us with a coffee and had plenty of time for us. We are very happy customers as he also did his very best price that he could . Glenn gave us pillows and a mattress topper for our custom . Very happy and our son is looking forward to getting his new bed !!

Our customer assistant Glenn was a lovely guy and provided us from start to finish with product knowledge and catered for all our needs. Also making us a drink too :). Would definitely recommend him when visiting this store 100%.
