Dreams - Southport

I went to the Southport store and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Andy and his colleague (sorry I don't remember her name) spent time finding out what type of headboard we wanted and then showed us different options both in store and online before we decided on the one for us. We were offered different delivery dates to suit our needs. Overall experience was excellent.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing, the salesperson recommended the computer system which analysed positional sleep for the ideal mattress. The salesperson was helpful and offered beverages and was extremely attentive without being overbearing which I was very happy with because if I feel pressured I will leave a store, I left a store without making a purchase the previous day due to the sales team pushing a sale, I was approached on 4 different occasions by 4 different sales staff within 5 minutes so I left and came to your company and I am very pleased to say I spent more than I really wanted to on the mattress and other items however the service and quality is second to none.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Unlike other stores I felt I was getting good advice.
