Excellent service from lovely friendly staff. Loved the bed to see which mattress is best for me. The wonderful assistant and her manager couldn’t of been more helpful. Particularly love the mattress collection and the fact it will be recycled, well done Dreams, keep on saving the environment. 💖

Glenn was brilliant very friendly, helpful and gave me all the information I needed on the furniture and bed I was buying. No pressure time to think and talk though with my daughter with a coffee ad bottle of water. Best store in Southport

I went to the Southport store and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Andy and his colleague (sorry I don't remember her name) spent time finding out what type of headboard we wanted and then showed us different options both in store and online before we decided on the one for us. We were offered different delivery dates to suit our needs. Overall experience was excellent.
