I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The two staff members who were in the store were attentive and did what they could to advise and find what we were looking. High quality service from the staff members.

My husband and myself only went with the intention of just looking and getting some ideas of what we wanted but from the moment we entered your Southport store the experience was unbelievable. Andy asked if we knew what we wanted and we said no - he put us on the mattress machine and we went from there and tested quite a few mattress’s until we found one we liked - then we picked a frame which will go brilliantly with our bedroom.

The assistant obviously knew his products very well and was very understanding as to best match the right bed to suit specific medical needs.
