Dreams - Southport

We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the shop and advised of the process they would recommend when buying a new mattress and bed. We were offered drinks and during the whole time Glenn was very attentive and courteous.

Staff very very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Great service

I was greeted when I entered to store and asked if I needed any help. I said I was looking for a new bed for a guest bedroom. Glenn asked about likes / dislikes and showed me different options, he even provided a pillow to try on the different beds / mattresses. Was offered a hot or cold drink whilst I looked at my different options. Glenn explained costs and about the extra 10% discount. Purchase process was quick and costs / everything explained to me again

Glenn did a fantastic job, explaining all our options. He had a friendly approachable manner and understood our requirements.

Ann was an excellent sales person. We genuinely did not intend to buy and we were only browsing but she covered all of our needs in such details, we weee happy to place an order. We do want to come back and buy another bed, we are just measuring the space. Well done Ann. What a lovely lady.

James and his colleague Ann (I think) were so helpful. As soon as I walked into the shop I was made to feel very welcome by the friendly team at Southport. Everyone there was very knowledgeable.

I was pleasantly greeted at the door and offered hand sanitizer, Glenn was very helpful making plenty of suggestions and assisted me in my choice, along with some much needed good humour.
