Glenn, the store assistant who served us was already serving a customer when we arrived. They were busy trying matresses so he came over in his spare minutes and talked us through all the new safety measures in store including the availability of masks, gloves and free waters and explained he would be with us asap. When it was clear his customers were really invested in looking he came bacl and put us on our journey and recomended we try one matress whilst he went back to see to his other customers. The staff were attentive and apologetic for waiting times etc. They made sure we had the most normal experience possible with the current 2m social distancing guidelines and as a first time dreams customer i was really impressed. This service really made us want to buy on the day and not return another day. Please pass on gratitiude to Glenn as his service was outstanding

The service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble . Glenn gave us plenty of time to choose with no hard sell . He went through everything to make sure we picked the right bed and mattress. The best service I have received in a long time .
