Got exactly what I wanted with minimum fuss your colleague Laura was very knowledgeable and very pleasant gave us a bottle of water and didn’t mind going back and forth over stuff to explain everything.

Laura the manager greeted us into the store and explained the COVID-19 process clearly. She was really friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us (we had 2 small children with us who were being their usual adventurous selves). She listened to what we wanted and helped us find everything we needed. She never hard sold us but we upgraded anyway. Very professional and clearly a great leader. Well done.

As I tried many different mattresses while Ann your very diligent store assistant gave us much good advice and due to the covid restrictions was very smiley and pleasant throughout well done Ann
