Glenn our advisor was exceptionally helpful, great product knowledge and allowed us to shop freely whilst adding advice where needed, other staff in the store although not advising us directly were also very friendly. Overall a very good experience in what is difficult circumstances for the store with social distancing and other guidelines in place, felt very safe but also well attended to at the same time. Would definitely recommend visiting the Store/team at Southport to anyone.

Got exactly what I wanted with minimum fuss your colleague Laura was very knowledgeable and very pleasant gave us a bottle of water and didn’t mind going back and forth over stuff to explain everything.
