After we had the sleep machine analysis , We kept changing our mind from a medium to medium firm matrress, but the sales assistant was very helpful and patient, which enables us to assess each mattress without feeling under any pressure. As a result we ended up spending more on a mattress than we anticipated.

Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us great customer service. He made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped into the store. He took the time to understand exactly what we were after. He was a lovely, friendly man who is a credit to your store.
