The gent looking after us, Glenn, was very friendly & polite. We were warmly greeted & offered a drink as we browsed. Was looking for a new mattress for my son, which we found with the help from Glenn. Now purchased, just waiting on delivery! Very pleased with the product & service….would highly recommend A+

Quick easy and simple

I was guided through the process from start to finish. Staff were able to help with everything whilst being friendly and without being too pushy.

The assistant helped me with a query about the product before I decided to make the order and was very helpful for me placing the order.

The experience in store was really great because of the attention and knowledge of the store assistant Glenn. He was very helpful without being overbearing, with a good knowledge of all the products. We never felt rushed into making our choices. We were provided with pillows( correctly sanitised ) so we could test various mattresses. A real positive experience .

Both colleagues were extremely helpful knowledgeable and very polite. Made shopping for a bed very enjoyable and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

Chris was very knowledgable of the products. He was polite and attentive at all times. We were offered a drink several times during our visit whilst trying out the beds and filling in our order. We were advised to lie on the ‘Dreams mechanical bed’ (forget it’s proper name) to assess what type of bed suited us, which we did so this saved a lot of time being wasted on trying out beds which were not suitable for us.
