Anti Covid-19 precautions were properly observed. The mattress simulator was very useful. The Dreams Colleagues were very helpful and professional. Mattress displays were plentiful and well presented, and the checkout area was well protected. We found a mattress that was suitable for us, so we didn't need to hunt further.

Glenn was very helpful and at the same time gave us space to talk to each other about our requirements. The COVID-19 precautions were excellent. We didn’t feel pressured into making a decision and felt happy with the level of service and advice given
