I walked into Dreams Southport completely out of the blue. I never imagined I'd come out with a new bed! I intended to research new beds online first, but Andy at the store kindly asked what my requirements were and pointed me to the perfect bed within minutes... it's as if he knew what I had in my mind's eye! He was very friendly and answered all my questions. My bed is due to be delivered in 2 weeks time... I really look forward to it! Really excited!!

Anti Covid-19 protection was well done and we were made to feel welcome Neil, the salesman, was very enthusiastic and helpful, and the mattress simulator was useful. We were given plenty of time to try out a good range of mattresses. Payment and facilities at the desk were safely handled. Accessories and after care were well explained, as was the arrangement for removal of our old mattress.

Mattress displays were plentiful and well presented, and the checkout area was well protected. We found a mattress that was suitable for us, so we didn't need to hunt further.
