We where greeted by Laura the store manage, everything was explained in relation to PPE, sanitising, social distancing, etc. Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to all my concerns as I currently have a broken shoulder and awaiting a hip replacement. I was extremely nervous about my visit and from the moment I walked in Laura put me at ease. I will definitely recommend and felt totally safe.

Andy couldn't have been more helpful, listened to what wanted and (didn't want) showed me varied options and helped me find the perfect bed
