We felt the shop had taken all reasonable precautions and Glen was on the ball with everything, making sure we used the sterilisation gel on the way in, offering us bottles of water, use of the bed assessment with a protective cover on the bed that we could use on the beds we wanted to try, once order confirmed, Glen wiped down the card machine and I sterilised my hands again before using the card machine, the full process was really good and put my wife as ease unlike all the other bed shops we had visited didn’t really offer anything like your shop did.

Both the assistants I saw were very knowledgeable of their products. Their manner was friendly and reassuring. They were both very efficient without being pushy.
