Staff engaged immediately and ran through the options available - having looked at other suppliers we had identified a target price range and type of bed we wanted - we used the technology available in store to confirm our choices and the beds we were shown matched our expectations. Staff were friendly and we did not experience hard sell or disinterest in our requirements. Felt the advice we had was sensible. The bed we selected was advertised as heavily discounted but the price we paid we felt was fair - and would not have been considered at the RRP as this was a Dreams product the RRP seemed to be nominal to allow an apparent large discount. Would have liked to have the option of a 2+2 drawer divan as we have bedside furniture - selected the 4 drawer divan which was closer to our ideal but not available.

We had a very pleasant visit to dreams and both thought Glenn, the guy that dealt with us, was fabulous! His knowledge of the products was brilliant and he was very friendly. We really enjoyed our visit to the store and would definitely recommend dreams to our family and friends.

Glenn was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgable. I wasn't intending necessarily to make the purchase today but he made it so easy and was so helpful we decided to buy there and then.

Glen(the sales man) was not pushy took his time to explain products made sure PPE was in place as we tried various products made it an enjoyable shopping experience.
