Ann was welcoming and made us feel at home she was conscious about cleanliness and offered to wear a mask as we were . She knew her stuff and advised us but no pressure on us and allowed us to make an informed decision.

So we were looked after by Chris, he took us to the sleep match machine, and we ended up buying the 2nd mattress it recommended. Chris and James were fantastic with my 4 year old, and we have drinks made for us as well.

James dealt with me and my husband in a very courteous, welcoming and helpful manner. He knew the products well and answered all questions we raised whilst looking at and trying different beds and mattresses. We browsed by ourselves at first before asking for his input. His assistance and knowledge made the experience of choosing a bed and mattress easier. His customer facing skills are excellent. Obviously we had looked online before going into the store. We are so glad that we used this store ( Southport ) rather than another. Unfortunately the delivery time for our bed is given as could be 12 weeks. That was the only disappointment in the process. When spending nearly £3,000 on a bed then someone like James on hand is what you want.
