The member of staff adhered to all covid guidelines so i felt safe in store. I was shown the item i was quirying about after seeing it online and she explained the process of ordering and placed it promptly

Myself and my partner visited the store yesterday in Southport. We were very impressed with the service given. From start to finish Rachel was a great help, very friendly and exceeded our expectations. We were firstly shown how to use the Sleepmatch system in store which recommended which mattresses we were best suited to. We were then shown around the store with lots of helpful advice from Rachel. We ended up buying the Grayson K Mattress along with the tempur comfort pillows. I can't wait for our mattress to come next week its sooo comfy! Thanks for all your help :)
