Store very clean and covid safe. Glen was very professional, friendly and helpful. He greeted us at the door and showed us the hand sanitizer, masks, gloves and bottles of water. Glen assisted us both on choosing the correct mattress for our needs and finding the base we wanted. He was very professional when doing the paper work and finding a suitable delivery date.

We were edgy going into a store as largely shielding. Of places we have been, was the most impressed by Covid measures taken in the store. Felt v safe. We were well listened to. We chose an ex display mattress. Following our conversation with store staff we bought a couple of other items. We were grateful for the flexibility they showed. And the care in helping prepare the mattress & getting it into our van. V impressed indeed. Thank you!

We were edgy going into a store as largely shielding. Of places we have been, was the most impressed by Covid measures taken in the store. Felt v safe. We were well listened to.
