Chris approached us as we arrived and offered to help, we had specific requirements and he very quickly showed me options, pointed out features I hadn’t considered and gave us a real range of products to choose from, he offered drinks a couple of times and went away to check delivery timescales on all products we were interested in. We made our selection and he arranged a delivery date that was perfect for our timescales. We’ve arranged for the removal of our old divan base and even bought a duvet half price. Chris was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the products and a genuinely lovely guy
