Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Made suggestions but not pressured.

Andy was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit. He made sure we took our time choosing the perfect mattress for our needs. We didn’t feel rushed at any time and he was really patient with our toddler. It was super easy to order in the shop and the delivery time was quick.

I was highly satisfied as I had no plans to buy on my visit however the excellent service made us want to buy. It was refreshing to see a sales advisor direct us to a sale mattress which was an absolutely fantastic deal. She was friendly and the service overall by sales advisor and store manager was exemplary. Thank you so much.

Glenn was very professional but also friendly and did his absolute best to support me in choosing a mattress. Upon entering the store we were thanked for observing covid measures (wearing masks and using the hand sanitiser), and Glenn and Laura (I think?) both made me and my dad feel very welcome. Glenn's knowledge of the products on offer was impressive and helped a lot.

The service was first-class as was the layout of the beds,etc.I came away from your store happy with what I purchased and the attention to detail provided by the person who served me, whose name,I think, was Andy. First-class store; first class staff.... thank you.

Both staff members were knowledgable, polite and happy to be there. They went through items available in order to tailor the bed to my requirements. I told them I would be back (with my wallpaper), they recognised me on my return and this sped up the whole process. I was advised of all payment options. There was hand sanitiser, screens and masks available and used by staff. On completing the purchase I was given what I consider to be a very speedy delivery date.

Fantastic staff in Southport on Monday the 14th December the lady who delt with us was very knowledgeable and took us to the perfect bed for my daughter who wakes up in the morning very stiff and sore. I didn't the employees name but she didn't wear glasses and had a diamond wedding ring on. Very happy customer!!!!!
