No pressure sales at all but really informative salesman took the time to really understand what we required and was very knowledgeable on all models of mattress ,fantastic service and wish other department stores adopted this approach

Dreams has diagnostic bed that helps customer find the appropriate mattress to relieve pressure/discomfort when sleeping. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Excellent service from Glenn. Attentive without being too pushy. Very helpful in guiding us to a choice of 3 mattresses. He made sure we remained Covid safe throughout the visit. We were offered water. We used the diagnostic sleep machine.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to give us the best price and experience. Everything was clearly explained and gone over before any documents have been signed. The staff clearly knew their products and how to combine it with any discounts or sales within the store.
