The sales advisor was very helpful and after explaining the differences of matresses available he allowed us as much time as we liked to test and decide which we liked. No rushed sales talk, no pressure, very good service and very competative prices.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgable. Even offered us a cup of tea if we wanted to sit and think about it! Nothing was too much trouble no matter how many questions we asked. Great quality and a great price!! Absolutely made up.

We placed the order for a new bed despite there being a 12 week wait for it. Just a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. We wanted to wait for the right bed for us rather than pick an alternative. The team did give us multiply options so not their fault it’s a supply chain issue.

Firstly your member of staff was abrupt when entering the store, ordered myself and my mum to wash our hands before we could look around.advised I could not use their product due to allergies and my mum had her own hand wash. The staff member rolled her eyes up. Product availability , headboard 6 weeks for delivery.
