Natasha and Tam were very welcoming, pleasant and friendly. We were looked after by Natasha who was most attentive, helful and knowledgeable. Made shopping a pleasant experience!

i have always liked dreams because it is nice to try a mattress before you buy it. the people are always friendly and try to get as much information so you can get the perfect bed.and especially giving you the option to exchange if the mattress is not for you. very happy counting down the days till my bed arrives

The staff member approached me as soon as I entered the store. I knew what I wanted after looking online. The staff member told me about the options in terms of what I wanted to purchase so I made an informed choice. The staff member offered and made me a cup of tea. Staff members in the store were friendly and easy to talk to and relatable.

Filipe was very professional and friendly with us. It is clear he has a lot of job knowledge and was able to explain details of the mattresses, eg how they were made, using recycled material etc. He was also not pushy at all, our decision was ours to make, which was also very comforting
