Nicely approached and well explained the new distancing etc, knew what we wanted and taken straight to product without trying to sell us a different product, fast polite service.

The welcome we received from your colleague RIMA put us at our ease and didn't do the heavy sales pitch (which I dislike) so I felt comfortable taking my time looking round the store. Also a nice touch was being offered a bottle of water - just what I needed too !

Rima was excellent. She made sure all of the PPE was in place. She guided us through everything. Very knowledgeable on all of the products. Helped me for what I was looking for. Got exactly what I needed. Explained warranty. She is exceptional, and I would recommend this store to anyone.

Rima was very helpful, I was met on entrance to the store and directed to hand sanitiser and offered water. I was only looking for a mattress so I was asked for my price range and shown mattresses which would suit me. I quickly found one for me and proceeded to payment.
