Greeted with a smile, large product range available and helpful staff made the whole process of choosing a mattress easy and stress free

Rima was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We popped in to see the Charlie bed however it was not in stock. The sales representative pulled it up on the computer and also showed us the colour swatch. She then took us round to show us mattresses. We also had our little boy with us who can be a bit of a live wire. She set him up with some drawing and a bottle of water, all the while reassuring us he wasn’t a problem when he got was being loud (we were the only customers in the store). We were made to feel like a valued customer

we were able to try out the product and were given all the help we needed to make our choice . Product knowledge was very good .

The staff member that served us (Vima) was very professional and the purchase of our mattress was very simple and quick with a lead time of less than a week at a great price, would definitely recommend people to shop here.

Extremely helpful sales person, had knowledge of stock available, advised of alternative colour option in order to accommodate my need for fast delivery. Really happy with the service provided by Rima at Southampton store.

The lady who we dealt with (Chloe, in the Southampton store) was superb. Chloe was helpful, friendly, Knowledgeable and patient whilst we made our decision.

The sales assistant got up as soon as entered the store to find out what I needed. She suggested I try the sleepmatch bed to work out which mattress I should buy. She then made a suggestion of three mattresses to try. She was very helpful throughout the process.
