The staff were friendly and well informed. They gave us time to try the bed comparing medium to firm. Protective covering was placed on the bed before we tried it and social distancing was excellent. We didn't feel rushed into the purchase or that we were an inconvenience, as with some shops. The staff took time to answer our questions fully and generally seemed to like each other. They made us feel most welcome.
