TAM, the Sales Manager was terrific as he didn’t press us over the sale at all,he gave us all the information we asked for in a concise and very knowledgeable manner, a very good personality. REALLY HELPFUL We were able to try several products which also helped us make our decision, especially as we hadn’t purchased a bed for over forty years.
