Excellent service, friendly and very attentive staff, great product knowledge and a wide range of choices which with their assistance I was able to narrow down to the perfect choice.

The moment we entered the store Rima, the sales assistant, came forward to ask us what we were looking for and how she could help. She dealt with our needs immediately and we are more than happy with the choice we made for a mattress with her help. She was extremely helpful and personable.

The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. Explained that if we weren't entirely happy with our purchase we could exchange and just pay the extra plus delivery. So gives peace of mind to the purchase.

I saw on line what I thought to be the perfect mattress for me - it was on display in store - I was able to lay on it - it was perfect so I bought it!

When I walked in the store, the lady asked me some questions to understand what I needed, she was polite, professional and friendly. I made the purchase and we set up a delivery date. The next day, while measuring the bed frame, I realised I bought the wrong size for the mattress, and went back to the store. Was well received, the lady that was there the second day was understanding of the situation, polite and approachable. She sorted my situation, overall great experience!

Upon arriving at Dreams Southampton (Mountbatten retail park) the colleague Becky was available straight away and showed kindness and a willingness to help. She had a smile on her face and asked us what we were looking for and helped us to find the right mattress and bed base four ourselves. She made sure we were happy and if we needed anything to let her know. Once she showed us the options from the sleep match she left us and gave us some space to look around ourselves but made sure we knew that as soon as we needed her to just let her know. After making our decision we met with her again and she took us through the ordering process in which she made sure we knew of all the options but did not push us to pay for anything more than we wanted. She was lovely and always had a smile on her face which was infectious and we left we a smile ourselves. Such wonderful customer service.

Attentive staff. Used your diagnostic bed to advise best mattress for us - we had not seen or used one of these devices before. Very clever!

Rima was our sleep specialist at the Southampton branch on Monday the 7th of March and was so knowledgeable and lovely and used all of her 15(?) Years experience to understand our needs and did a great job doing so. We settled on the first bed she showed us after reading our results from the dreams mattress machine, which she advocated for, and told us many family members had gone for it as well which made the transaction nice and personable too, which I liked!! The transaction went through without any problems and she assured us of all of the after care and returns policies, etc, if we came in to any problems. She offered us a lovely discount which helped massively and you could tell she really cared about making sure we got the best mattress for our needs. All in all, a really pleasant, happy, successful trip to the Dreams store and cannot wait for our new mattress! And will always remember Rima and her best wishes for my boyfriend's new job venture too, which was extra lovely. A real credit to your organisation. :)
