Chloe made the whole experience very good, she took us through the journey of finding the right matress with a professional attitude and being very friendly and approachable. She always called us by name which made the experience feel very personalised. The matress we tried was simply great.

The staff member who helped me Chloe was very friendly and understanding when I took time making decisions. I didn't feel pressured and was really allowed to take me time to choose. She was a big factor in my decision to purchase. I was also very impressed with the sleepmatch system.
