We were warmly welcomed by Becky, who asked us what we were looking for. We explained that we were looking to replace our existing mattress, also purchased from Dreams. She then showed us the simulator bed in order to determine what sort of bed might be best suited to us. As it turned out we would, ideally, need two different mattresses. We were them shown a selection of beds, tried them out and then decided to go ahead with the first one we were shown, the Therapur ActiGel Plus Harmonic 2200 D Mattress. The order was quickly processed, and we were given the delivery date. A very pleasant experience, not rushed or pressurised.

Assistant listened carefully to what I wanted and could direct me to those products, without pushing for higher priced product. Used the mattress machine to help me work out what I actually wanted.

Rima in the Southampton store was extremely helpful in meeting our needs and budget. She is a credit to the Southampton store team.

The colleagues stayed on a bit later just so we got everything exactly right. They even had a phone charger when my phone died. We managed to buy a bed which was exactly what we wanted on 0% interest which was great

becky showed us all the products we enquired about and answered all our questions. She then gave us plenty of time and space to make a decision.

Chloe was friendly and helpful and had excellent product knowledge.

This was our 1st visit to dreams And we were treated very well

The lady that dealt with us as we walked into Dreams was incredibly professional, friendly & made both my husband & myself so welcomed & part of the dreams family …. We were made to feel relaxed, listened too & all our dreams & expectations came true for the perfect bed for us & nights sleep. Amen !! X
