Roger and Tam, at Southampton store, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The sofabed was available to vue in store, and Roger opened it up for me, let me have a turn of opening it (super easy!) and giving me the measurements so I could check spaceat home. The next day I went back to order and was helped by Rima, who handled everything perfectly. She was extremely friendly, and offered me a bottle of water, as tea and coffee not available at present. It was the first real shopping experience I have done since March, and it was lovely to walk into the spacious showroom and be met with smiling faces. I can only say that Roger, Tam and Rima really helped me, and I thank them for their kindness and courtesy. Well done, Southampton. I look forward to receiving my purchase.
