Went to the dream store in Southampton second time using this store staff are excellent professional and friendly Store is laid out brilliant easy access easy to understand easy parking outside would highly recommend

Harriet was very helpful and really helped us to find a bed and mattress which fitted to our budget. She showed us the different options online too and we ended up purchasing an ottoman bed which we preferred to the show one in store.

Trying the bed that analysed the sleeping position was a new experience and very welcoming, Becky at the Southampton Central shop was very tentative to our needs and very helpful , in fact we payed and ordered our mattress in our visit that day.

The staff were very friendly and instantly assisted us and offered us a drink. Chloe served us in the Southampton branch and her knowledge and manners were impeccable. Thankyou for making buying a mattress easy.

All the staff are knowledgeable the products are great, The store is really clean and I’m generally impressed with the service that I received from the service representative and the management. The name of the lovely service provider was Chloe Roberts.
