A very prompt service as soon as i walked into the store by a very professional young lady who helped me to select the item I required 10 out of 10

We were served by Rima and from beginning to end she was so helpful, friendly and full of knowledge! Being a young couple, we were excited to purchase our first ‘proper’ bed and had a great experience :)

Yes I went to dreams at Southampton by the train station as I entered the store I was greeted by a good morning from Chloe your store assistant and could she help me I explained what I was after a divan base with her expert knowledge she explained the differences between the bases and I was able to make my decision I also asked her about firm mattresses with the knowledge that she had she explain to me the differences between the different firm mattresses and then I was able to make a decision about buying a mattress also Chloe was very professional and helpful

The sales advisor, Rima, was nothing short of amazing! We moved very recently and hadn't been able to get a bed due to the short notice. We called the store and spoke to Rima, who explained, due to the lateness of the request, stock would be limited but she was confident she could find us something. On arriving at the store we were greeted so warmly by Rima and she spent a bit of time on the computer finding what was available etc. When she had found some items, she explained about them in detail and with certainty and we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart. Whilst we ended up spending twice as much as we planned, we felt like it was worth it. We often deal with Sales people, in our work, but would genuinely say that Rima went above and beyond, all the while remaining professional. We left Dreams with a much more elevated opinion than we entered. Well done Rima.
