Greeted on arrival without feeling pounced on. The knowledge of Becky the assistant was extensive but she gave us all the options without making us feel pressured. We were offered water when we arrived hand sanitizer and given a pillow with hygiene cover to use.

I have already shared my experience with you in answering your questions. I decided to purchase one of your products, the timeline was a little longer than I had hoped for but acceptable; the staff were helpful, answered all my questions promptly and were polite and positive. Ask me about the product a few weeks after I have received it.

Rima was very good at helping us choose the correct bed that suited us. Her experience showed while talking us through what we had to do to acquire the bed we wanted.

Roger and Rima provided a really excellent customer service experience; the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They made the shopping experience pleasurable and relaxing, they were very friendly, and their knowledge and advice was brilliant. They found me exactly what I was looking for, made me feel very safe regarding covid measures, made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a drink which was really lovely. Roger and Rima really are the ‘Dream Team’!

I've had the same mattress for multiple years now and it's starting to fall apart. I tried looking online to buy one but there are a lot of choices and it's all a lot of information to try and process. I booked and appointment in store and Rima was incredibly helpful. She asked about why I was looking for a mattress and after explaining the situation she said she could have one delivered by the end of the week. She guided me through the Sleepmatch part which came back with a few mattresses but she then made her own recommendation, words can not describe how comfortable it was. I tried a few more after that point but I was sold the moment my head hit the pillow. It's arriving on Saturday and honestly I think I've brought up the whole experience in every conversation I've had since then which isn't really like me. I was recommended Dreams by a friend and now I am recommending it to mine.

Harriet the young lady who assisted us in choosing our new Mattress was extremely professional and new what she was talking about. Harriet was so nice and friendly and made us feel nothing was to much trouble. Harriet is an asset to your company and deserves great success.

We visited the Southampton Dreams store and were served by Chloe. We explained our needs upon entering the shop and were directed to the appropriate areas, and once we had looked around enough we approached Chloe and she was more than willing to help. She walked us through the mattress 'simulator' and then explained in detail what the results meant and showed us various appropriate mattresses. It was clear throughout our interactions that Chlo 1) knew what she was talking about, 2) enjoyed her work, and 3) genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Chloe made the entire process from browsing to purchasing extremely easy and comfortable, and the three of us developed a rapport and that made the whole situation all the more enjoyable.
