Only 48 hours to change /cancel part of order !! Though I kept the order for 2 king size beds but was not so happy with head boards- when I phoned the store who were very helpful - on day of purchase to cancel I was told I had to wait till tues Jan 2nd -purchased on Dec 31st!! When phoning the office on this day I was told not very nicely that it should be cancelled in 48 hours! I did eventually get them cancelled - customer service not so good in this aapect

When i arrived in the store, the customer assistant came to me, which i thought was good, however from that point onwards she would not leave me alone. she did get a sale, but i feel it would have been better for me to look on my own terms (when i did ask for that) for longer before coming back.

Customer Service was not make me happy, staff say hello very far from me and when i have any question need call him to come over he is not be with me sence i enter in shop. That was what desapointme, i am a Manager on food industri and customer in this type of busines is the more important.

The guy wasn't very friendly and didn't really talk to us about the products. I thought the delivery price was quite expensive. There wasn't anybody available and we had to wait ages, in the end we went away and came back the next day. Even then it was a while before anyone appeared in the show room. The guy was wearing a hoodie and not easily identifiable as an assistant.

Although the sales person helped us, we found them pushy and false. Sales techniques are generally annoying especially if the individual can't pull them off in a subtle manner. They offered a handshake that was lifeless, whatever bed we stood by was a 'great bed'. They approach felt invasive and over the top.

Paid deposit in Southampton and was advised balance and credit agreement could be done in Poole branch (local to us) at a later time to suit. When we arrived the sales rep didn't know how to complete credit agreement so we had to return another time
