When we came into the shop we were greeted by Dom .. He was not pushy just ask us if he could help. at that time we were just looking but when we required assistance Dom was very knowledgable and helpful without being too pushy. We were given a cup of coffee and did not feel pressured at any time enabling us to choose the right information and the bed for us.We did not go for a bed on sale as that did not suit us and we mixed and matched. nothing was too much bother even when as a husband wife can be we can never decide on same things ..

Assistant named Rima was very friendly and helpful. She quickly welcomed me was impartial with her advise so the whole experience was nice as she didn't try and push the most expensive item on me which most companies make the error of doing. i probably would of walked out if that was the case. I am very satisfied with the manner, speed and efficiency of the staff. very happy

i found Dom very helpful answered all my questions well in doing so i purchased a bed and hopefully when it arrives i will very satisfied

Greeted on entry by friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't feel pressured into buying anything and felt I made the right choice. Very pleased with service.

Was not told there would be an £85 charge for collecting our old bed/mattress until the point of payment nor were we told that the pillows were non-returnable.

Wasn’t a lot if choice within the budget I wanted to pay, there was only 1 assistant serving and was with another customer but the assistant was very pleasant and couldn’t apologise enough for keeping us waiting which really wasn’t that long, it didn’t put us off we will shop at dreams again in the future thank you

We would have liked slightly more time to have a look at the various items in the store before going into the purchase process. We also found out that the recommended mattress was out of stock, meaning it takes longer to receive it than initially advised. Overall however we received helpful assistance and purchased the product we needed.
