The staff were very helpful and advised just what we were looking for in a mattress.

All 3 members of staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good welcome when I entered the store. Manager very helpful, and staff member Dom was very pleasant and efficient when taking my order.

My wife and arrived at 18:55 on a night the store closed at 19:00. This was not a problem foe either of the 2 staff members, who both were very helpful. We discussed our needs and were shown various options from around the store and also on line. We did not want to rush so informed the staff we would come back in the next day or so. My wife went back with our daughter a day or so later, who then went through the items that were shown the previous visit. Again, left to come home to discuss the possible purchase. I then went back in, was also remembered as the man who had visited with his wife and then as the man who's wife and daughter had come in to try some items out. Then the purchase was made very simple, well done to Dom, your staff member who helped.

I had looked on the website previously so knew what I wanted. When I asked for variations the sales assistant immediately knew what I wanted, and where to find it so I could test it. He was very patient and helpful.

I had trouble finding the store having driving round and round for 30 minutes or more. When I rang the store for directions, your Dreams colleague Dom offered to drive to where I was to guide me to the store. If he did not do that I doubt I would find the store at all, it was rather tricky. Once in the store I was given all the help I needed and made shopping for what I wanted easy and stress free.
