Good customer service, range of products and assistance

We are moving house and wanted new beds and bedroom furniture. There was a good range of products at a range of prices. We found what we wanted and the ordering was simple.

I purchased a mattress from dreams early last year and due to a change in circumstances I have needed to upgrade to a larger bed. Not only was the service I received last time from dreams exceptional, the lady who assisted me this time (Lynn) remembered me. She was very attentive and helped me find the right mattress for me, but also didn't hover around when I just wanted to try the mattress peacefully. The ordering was very quick and easy, and choosing my delivery date for when I needed it was great. All in all a great experience and a pleasure to buy.
