The lady who served us was helpful, and knowledgeable, and while she did a brilliant job of explaining the differences between the different products, did not seem at all pushy. A really positive experience.

We didn't have much time as we needed to pick up our daughter from pre-school, but we knew what we wanted. The sales assistant directed us to the right place and this helped us choose our purchase in the time frame allowed. Otherwise we would have walked out without purchasing and perhaps returned at another time.
