Dreams - Southampton

The assistant, Lynn was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I had done some research before hand and was looking for a 'Which?' Best Buy and was delighted when Dreams price matched this product to an on-line site saving us over 50%, as we were just about to leave to consider our options.

With 2 young children, the experience of shopping for anything is challenging but the staff at Dreams in Southampton (particularly Dom) made this a lot smoother and they were understanding. All of the staff were attentive without being pushy. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff were helpful and friendly even though the store was due to close.

Normally I get annoyed by sales assistants (in any shop) butapproaching when I'm browsing but on this occasion your sales assistant was fab. Discreetly giving us information to enable us to understand the ranges/options, leaving us to browse, then again discreetly drilling down to our thoughts/requirements - Listening to us and not pushing the expense items over the most appropriate. Order processed really quick and easily.

Our sales advisor Lynn was very helpful without being obtrusive, and showed us a range of mattresses to try and pillows to test. She provided a tape measure for us and I was offered tea/coffee which was much needed!

Dom was excellent, helpful. Banging cup of tea and I was sorted within half an hour. No nonsense, got what I wanted. A bed and a mattress.
