We were served by Rima who was very helpful and informative, we were offered beverages when we arrived and we didn't feel as if we were being pushed into making a quick or wrong decision. It was a pleasure to be able to browse and try the products at our own pace. Rima's colleague Keith also helped with some information on certain products. Now looking forward to our new bed arriving.

Greeted and served by Martin at the Southampton Mountbatten branch, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Was shown a range of options of mattresses and beds that were all relevant to my requirements. Did not feel rushed in any way or pushed towards any particular product and felt I had plenty of time to make up my own mind in store. The store was clean and tidy and not overly busy, which can feel uncomfortable when trying mattresses for extended periods of time. Was the first store I had looked in for a new mattress and bed and was planning to visit another couple of stores that afternoon. However having found what I had wanted and at the right price, decided to go for it there and then. Was able to have a sensible discussion on price, options and delivery and the order confirmation came through email just as I left the store. Would certainly go back to this branch and ask for Martin, and would recommend to family and friends. Overall a highly satisfied experience from someone who is usually quite difficult to please. Very well done.
