Dreams - Southampton

We were welcomed by staff upon entering the store and they offered assistance but at the same time gave us plenty of our own time to view the different options available. On two occasions we were offered a drink as well as given a brochure with further information about different beds and mattresses. The staff were attentive and listened to what we were looking for in a bed in terms of support for my hip problem.

From when we entered the store all of the staff smiled and said hello , the sales assistant who served us was very helpful and friendly, he was able to answer any question we asked regarding the items we purchased .

We were met in the store by Lynn , who helped us by letting us know which was the best options for our situation . She helped but was not pushy and left us alone as well to talk and gave us time to really try the beds .

I had looked previously for the right mattress and was very keen on the item I purchased. The sale person was very knowledgeable and confirmed it was the right mattress.

I had originally planned to purchase a mattress from furniture village and decided to visit dreams for a comparison. However I was so impressed with the service that I received from Dom, and the quality on offer that I purchased a new bed and mattress and 2 additional memory foam mattresses, all from dreams.

Dom served us at the Southampton store. We were very impressed that he did not jump in and ask us if we needed help straight away like other salesmen tend to do. He greeted us and let us look and came over after giving us time to look around. We had been to previous bed stores and found this off putting in the past and this is what stood out for us and helped us make the decision very easy to buy our bed with dreams. Highly recommended Dom!
