Very quick and easy - i needed a mattress for my daughter's bed and the chap took me straight to the one i needed. the experience was literally a 'dream'!

Store manager made the whole thing work for us. The other assistant who we first saw also talked through the product and pricing and pointed us to the deal which worked for us. We even bought a super king bed we were going to wait and buy later.

The sales assistance was very friendly and remember me from a visit 2 weeks before. Staff very knowledgeable about products and made the buying process very quick with no hassle. I was offered tea and coffee and was not rushed or forced on my purchase.

The chap who helped me was very knowledgeable and understood my requirements. He wasn't pushy and didn't take me to the most expensive mattress but in fact took me to a range of mattresses in varying price ranges and explained the benefits of each one. Delivery has been arranged for a weeks time.

Keith and Tam were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Found exactly the right product for me. Very pleased.
